Healing Retreats (HR)

This year Trauma Healing Network had its first Healing
Retreat in Ongwediva and Ntcheu (Malawi). We are so
happy to establish a team of Healing Group leaders that can
help people to deepen their relationship with God and start
their Healing Journey after a traumatic experience or
encounter.
Windhoek HR
We had over 40 participants at the Ongwediva Retreat
who travelled from surrounding towns and villages to
attend the Retreat. Our newly trained facilitators also
presented lessons during the Retreat and felt confident
to continue helping people along their healing journey.
Malawi HR
25 Children’s Trauma Healing facilitators took part in the
Healing Retreat. It is important to ensure that one takes
care of their wellbeing before assisting others. This retreat
gave our facilitators the platform to practice self-care as
they prepare to equip and assist children in the children’s
healing material.
Participants from both Retreats enjoyed the opportunity to
reflect and assess challenges in their lives and identify
areas in themselves that need healing.
We are privileged to be a part of our participants healing
journey and we will continue to pray and support them.
